Pierson’s Lane Children’s Garden

History — Built in 2012 in the Pierson’s Lane playground, the Pierson’s Lane Children’s Garden serves as an educational resource for Biddeford’s youth. Staffed by Master Gardener Volunteers, it is a place where children gather to learn about the environment, organic agriculture, and nutrition in a fun and supportive environment. The garden has 11 raised garden beds, which blossom during the growing season with perennial flowers, herbs, and vegetables.
